The Board of Directors of TransJamaican Highway Limited wishes to advise Shareholders that due to the inclement weather associated with Hurricane Beryl, we have decided to postpone the Company’s 23rd Annual General Meeting which was scheduled for Thursday July 4, 2024.
The meeting has been rescheduled to Tuesday July 16th 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel.
