Sygnus Credit Investments Limited (SCI) has advised that 2,502,568 JMD Ordinary shares were purchased between June 26, 2024, and June 28, 2024, as part of the Company’s Share Buy-Back Programme. The breakdown of the amounts purchased is outlined in Schedule 1 below:
