Sygnus Credit Investments Limited (SCI) wishes to advise that the audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024, originally scheduled for publication on August 29th, 2024, will be delayed. We anticipate that the audited results will now be published on or before September 27th, 2024.
The Board and Management of SCI apologise to our shareholders and stakeholders for this undue delay and advise that we are working diligently with our Auditor KPMG to complete the audited financial statements in time for the revised dates.
