SSL Venture Capital Jamaica Limited (SSLVC) had advised of their petition to the Supreme Court to host a Virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) posted to the Jamaica Stock Exchange website on Oct 4, 2021.

Further to that notice the company has now advised of receipt of the following documents:
