At a meeting of the Board of Directors on January 29, 2003 Mr. Jim Young, Finance Director of Diageo’s Venture Markets was appointed to the Board.
The Board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Alex Krys who resigned from the Board effective January 28, 2003.
