Pulse Investments Ltd. wishes to advise that its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2024 will be delayed.
This delay has been caused by a combination of factors which were exacerbated by the passing of the company’s former Chairman, Kingsley Cooper in June, right around the time of the engagement of new auditors.
The company anticipates that the audited financial statements will be filed with the JSE by October 31, 2024.
