The Hon. Dennis Lalor, Chairman of the Board announced on December 23, 1996 the appointment of Milverton Reynolds as President of LOJ.
Mr. Reynolds joins LOJ and the ICWI Gp. after widely acknowledged success in the management and leadership of the National Housing Trust where he has been Managing Director since 1990.
