Knutsford Express Services Limited (KEX) has advised that the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for year ended May 31, 2020 will be delayed. This is due to COVID-19 related circumstances that created significant difficulties for the external auditors’ to timely obtain documents to be audited and to do office visits to and from the Knutsford offices located in Montego Bay, the Company said.
KEX further advised that its audited financials which should have been submitted within 60 days of the year end on July 30, 2020, will now be submitted on or before September 11, 2020.
KEX apologized for any inconvenience caused and further informed that a notice advising all stakeholders will be placed in the Gleaner during the week of July 20, 2020.
