KLE Group Limited (KLE) has advised that Mr. Norman Peart tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company and from the Audit Committee of the company as of November 14, 2023.
KLE noted that Mr. Peart`s resignation from the Audit Committee was in no way related to any disagreement with respect to accounting principles, financial statement disclosure, or any other material issue impacting the Audit Committee or its functions.
