The Directors have agreed to recommend to the shareholders at an Extra-ordinary general meeting on December 1, 1997 that the authorised share capital be increased from $65 million to $100 million by the creation of 175 million ordinary shares of twenty cents each and for a one for two bonus to shareholders on record as at December 17, 1997.
