Kingston Properties Limited (KPREIT) KPREIT has advised of the delay in the submission of their Annual Report for the year 2019. The delay is largely attributed to the adjustments in its operations consequent on the measures being undertaken nationally to curb the spread of COVID-19.
KPREIT anticipates that the Annual Report will be filed by May 15, 2020.
