Jamaican Teas Limited (JAMT) – Stock Split and Increase in Authorized Share Capital

Jamaican Teas Limited (JAMT) has advised that by ordinary resolution of the company dated March 16, 2016, each share in the capital of the company was subdivided in two shares. As a result the authorized share capital was increased from 250 Million shares to 500 Million shares and the issued shares was increased from 168,708,365 to 337,416,730.
