Please be advised that Mr. Alton Morgan has tendered his resignation as a director of the Board of First Rock Real Estate Investments Limited (FIRSTROCK) effective June 10, 2024. His resignation was tendered for reasons of avoidance of inherent conflict of interest due to his recent appointment to the Real Estate Board in Jamaica, which has regulatory oversight of the real estate industry in which FIRSTROCK operates.
