First Rock Capital Holdings Limited (FIRSTROCK) has advised that the submission of its Annual Report will be delayed in light of the Company’s efforts to adhere to strategies being pursued by the Jamaican Government to handle the COVID-19 pandemic.
In keeping with the 45 days extension granted to listed companies by the Jamaica Stock Exchange, FIRSTROCK anticipates submitting its Annual Report on or before June 15, 2021.
