The following Directors, Dr. Michael Witter, Mr. N. Patrick McDonald and Mr. Gordon Sharp, resigned from the Board of Dyoll Gp Ltd with effect from January 27, 2004. Also, Mr. Paul Bicknell resigned from the Board of Dyoll Gp Ltd on December 31, 2003.
At the Dyoll Gp Ltd. Board Meeting held on January 28, 2004 the following Directors, Dr. Michael Witter, Mr. N. Patrick McDonald and Mr. Gordon Sharp, were appointed as Directors for Dyoll Gp. Ltd, to stand till the next Annual General Meeting.
