Dolla Financial Services Limited – Q1 Unaudited Financial Results For Three Months ended March 31, 2024 (Revised)

Dolla Financial Services Limited (“DOLLA”) wishes to advise that the following revisions have been made to the Notice of the Interim Financial Statements for the period ended March 31, 2024: 

1. The comparative Statement of Comprehensive Income (March 2023) was corrected to align with the figures published previously;

2. The Statement of Financial Position (March 2024) was amended to remove the $40.5m overdraft as a net off to cash and to correctly include in the loans payable balance;

3. The comparative Statement of Cash Flows (March 2023) was corrected to align with the figures published previously;

4. Note 6 was amended to update the EPS calculation for the comparative period, March 2023; and

5. Note 7 has now been included to present the breakdown of Cash and Cash Equivalents for all periods being presented.
