Courts Jamaica Ltd. (CRTS) – Interim Dividend

The Directors have decided to propose at the annual general meeting to be held on September 13, 2001 that the authorised share capital of the company be increased from $480 million to $600 million and for a one for four bonus issue. There is also a proposal that a final dividend of 1.5 cents (2000 – 1.75 cents) per share less income tax be paid, making together with the interim dividend a total of 2.15 cents in respect of the year ended March 31, 2001 (2000 – 3.05 cents). The final dividend, if approved, will be paid on October 19, 2001 to registered shareholders as at October 5, 2001.
