Carreras Limited wishes to advise of a delay in the submission of its 2023 Audited Financial Statements for the Nine Month period year ended December 31, 2023 due to have been released today February 29, 2024.
This delay is attributed to the unforeseen internal resource challenges being experienced by the auditing firm.
Carreras Limited anticipates that the Audited results will be ready and submitted no later than March 6, 2024.
