DIVIDEND RECOMMENDATION

Caribbean Cement Company Limited (CCC) advises that its Board of Directors at a meeting held on July 20, 2023, recommended the presentation of an ordinary resolution to shareholders to declare a final dividend of JM$1.8976   per share payable on October 6^th, 2023, with a record date of August 24^th, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of August 23^rd, 2023. This dividend recommendation shall be made to shareholders at the Company’s next Annual General Meeting slated for September 8, 2023.
