Carreras Gp. Ltd. (CAR) – Second Interim Dividend

At a Board of Directors’ meeting of the company on May 10, 2000 the Directors declared a second interim dividend of 60 cents per stock unit (less income tax). This interim dividend is declared payable out of unfranked profits and will be paid on June 15, 2000 to shareholders on record at the close of business on June 2, 2000.
