iCreate Limited (ICREATE) Annual Report for The Period Ending December 31, 2023 (Revised)

We have amended our Annual Report for include the following:

We are writing to inform you of the following important updates and amendments made to our Annual Report and AGM notice:

1. Shareholder Listings: The Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements have been updated to include shareholder listings in accordance with JSE Junior Market Rule Appendix 2, Part 4 (2) and 4 (3).
2. Corporate Governance Guidelines: A disclosure regarding the availability of iCreate’s Corporate Governance Guidelines on our website, along with the website link, has been added as required by JSE Junior Market Rule 506.
3. Notice for AGM: The Notice for the AGM has been amended to include standard resolutions for the retirement, re-election, and remuneration of directors.
4. Group Balance Sheet: The group balance sheet was missing from the audited financial statements in the Annual Report and has since been updated to include the same.
