Access Financial Services Limited (AFS), advises that there will be a further delay in the publication of its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2024. Originally scheduled for release by June 30, 2024, AFS now anticipates the publication will be made on or before July 12, 2024.
The delay is attributed to our auditors, KPMG Chartered Accountants, requiring more time to complete their audit procedures.
AFS further advises that the Annual Report for the year ended March 31, 2024, will be submitted by August 16, 2024.
