Wigton Windfarm Limited (“WIG”) has advised that the Board of Directors (“Board”) of WIG considered the payment of a dividend at its meeting on June 28, 2024.
The Board declared a dividend of One Hundred and Two Million, Four Hundred and Thirty-Two Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$102,432,000.00) or J$0.009312 per share. Payment will be made on July 29, 2024 to the shareholders on record as at July 15, 2024.
