The Board of Directors of JMMB Group Limited declared the payment of dividend as follows
At a special meeting of the Board of Directors of JMMB Group Limited held today, June 19, 2024, the Directors approved a Resolution declaring a dividend payment of Twenty-Five Jamaican Cents (0.25¢) per ordinary stock unit in respect of shareholders on record at the close of business on July 4th 2024. The interim dividend will be payable on August 12th 2024. The Ex-dividend date will be July 4, 2024.
