Dolla wishes to advise that Ms. Tricia Nicholas has tendered her resignation effective May 30th, 2024 as Nominated Officer.
Ms. Nicholas will be embarking on new endeavors and personal pursuits. Throughout her tenure with us, Ms. Nicholas has played an invaluable role in the growth and success of the Company. Mr. Chad Wynter, who currently serves as Head of Legal, Governance and Compliance, has been appointed as Dolla’s Nominated Officer subject to the Bank of Jamaica’s (“BOJ”) fit and proper assessment.
