RESOLVED that a quarterly dividend of 1 ¾ % on the 7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B” of the Company be and
hereby is declared payable on the 1st July 2024 out of the net revenues of the Company for the year ending 31st
December, 2023 and/or out of undistributed net revenues of previous years, to Preference “B” shareholders on
record at the close of business on the 14th day of June 2024 will be paid at a rate of $0.035 per unit.
RESOLVED that a quarterly dividend of 1 ¼ % on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C” of the Company be and
hereby is declared payable on the 1st July 2024 out of the net revenues of the Company for the year ending 31st
December, 2023 and/or out of undistributed net revenues of previous years, to Preference “C” shareholders on
record at the close of business on the 14th day of June, 2024 will be paid at a rate of $0.025 per unit.
RESOLVED that a quarterly dividend of 1 ¼ % on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “D” of the Company be and
hereby is declared payable on the 1st July 2024 out of the net revenues of the Company for the year ending 31st
December, 2023 and/or out of undistributed net revenues of previous years, to Preference “D” shareholders on
record at the close of business on the 14th day of June, 2024 will be paid at a rate of $0.025 per unit.
RESOLVED that a quarterly dividend of 1 ½ % on the 6% Cumulative Preference Shares “E” of the Company be
and hereby is declared payable on the 1st July, 2024 out of the net revenues of the Company for the year ending 31st
December, 2023 and/or out of undistributed net revenues of previous years, to Preference “E” shareholders on record
at the close of business on 14th day of June, 2024 will be paid at a rate of $0.030 per unit.
