Image Plus Consultants Limited (IPCL) wishes to advise that Dr. Marian Allison-Vaughan has resigned from her role as Company Secretary effective May 31, 2024. Dr. Allison-Vaughan will continue to serve as an Executive Director on IPCL’s Board.
IPCL wishes to further advise that Mr. Karl Townsend has been appointed as the new Company Secretary, effective June 1, 2024.
