The arranger, Victoria Mutual Wealth Management has advised that all applications in respect of the ISP Finance Services Limited Initial Public Offering have been reconciled and the basis of allotment is as follows:
- Directors and employees reserved group allocation ranged between 13.33% to 100%;
- Public pool: the first 20,000 units were allocated 100%
- The balance > 20,000 units allocation ranged between 10.77% and 14.37%
