In addition, the company also would like to take this opportunity to advise that there was a restatement of the Financial Statements due to an anomaly recognized in the statements for the year ended September 30, 2022. The fiscal years affected were 2020, 2021, and the subsequent adjustment to the unaudited 2022 financial statements.
