tTech Limited has advised the submission of the Company’s 2019 Annual Report will be delayed due primarily to conditions being experienced given the global pandemic, COVID-19, which has affected the preparation of their report.
TTECH further advised that the extension period granted will be utilized and that the Annual Report will be submitted on or before May 14, 2020.
