Jamaican Teas Limited (JAMT) has advised that at the Board of Directors’ Meeting held on February 9, 2017, the Board approved the following:
- Dividend of $0.06 per share, to be paid on March 7, 2017, with a record date of February 17, 2017. The ex-dividend date is February 15, 2017.
- Stock Split of one for one; to be voted on by shareholders at JAMT’s next Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- The date of the AGM has been rescheduled from March 29, 2017, and will be held on April 12, 2017.
